51ºÚÁÏÍø strives to make its electronic content compliant with updated web accessibility guidelines to ensure that it can be accessed by everyone. This goal is ongoing and involves collaboration across all campus departments.

The mandate applies to:

• Faculty creating course materials, documents, presentations, and any other digital content for Canvas
• Staff managing webpages, PDFs, forms, and other forms of electronic communications
• Students managing university social media pages or websites
• Vendors and partners providing third-party digital services

• Trainings for faculty and staff on digital and physical accessibility
• Weekly drop-in office hours in the Student Success Center (SSC) 3.149
• Workshops and presentations on Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
• Guidance and assistance on understanding and implementing accommodations for students
• Collaborate with partners across Montana to improve accessibility efforts
• Bi-monthly webinar screenings open to all campus members
